Flockless Maps is an informational route-planning tool, not a live-navigation or safety system. Always follow traffic laws, posted signs, road conditions, and your own judgment.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Flockless Maps, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful, personal route planning and evaluation. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party service used by the site.

Not live navigation

The service does not provide turn-by-turn live navigation, emergency guidance, guaranteed road access, or real-time hazard awareness. Do not interact with the site while driving. Review any route before departure and use a lawful, safe navigation method during travel.

Camera and route-data limitations

Camera locations come from community and third-party data and may be missing, outdated, duplicated, inaccurate, moved, or incorrectly classified. The absence of a displayed camera does not mean an area is free of cameras or other monitoring. Exposure counts are estimates based on loaded data and an approximate proximity zone; they are not guarantees.

Routes, distances, times, speed assumptions, road restrictions, and written directions may also be incomplete or inaccurate. Traffic conditions may not be available or current. A suggested route may include private, restricted, closed, unsafe, unsuitable, or inaccessible roads.

Your responsibilities

• Obey all laws, signs, closures, access restrictions, and instructions from authorities.
• Do not trespass, enter restricted property, or take unsafe actions to follow a route.
• Do not use the service to facilitate unlawful conduct or harm another person.
• Confirm that a route is appropriate for your vehicle, abilities, weather, and current conditions.

Third-party services

Maps, search results, routing, camera information, hosting, and forms may be supplied by independent third parties. Their availability, accuracy, and practices are outside our control, and their separate terms may apply.

No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service’s creators and contributors will not be liable for losses, injuries, damages, penalties, missed turns, property damage, data loss, or other consequences arising from use of or reliance on the service or its third-party data.

Changes and availability

The service, features, data sources, and these terms may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. The effective date above will be updated when revised terms are published.
